 Denise Hardingham

Denise Hardingham is co-owner and General Manager of Renaissance Stained Glass. Denise has a long history with the arts having commenced her working life as a child actor and continuing to work and study in the performing arts through to her mid- twenties when she turned career attentions to management in the care and disabilities sector. Concurrent with her change of career Denise also returned to the University of Sydney to complete her Bachelor of Arts with a double major in history and psychology. An interest in management quickly turned to business pursuits combining her sensibilities toward the arts with her entrepreneurial talents. Denise is currently engaged in two other literary projects including a history of stained glass in Sydney.

Associate Professor Marion Baird 

Marian Baird is Associate Professor in Work and Organisational Studies and the Convenor of the Women and Work Research Group in the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Sydney. Marian has undertaken research with business, unions and policy makers on matters relating to family-friendly policy and practice. Her most recent projects include studies of parental leave in Australia, gender equity and organisational efficiency in Australian organisations, and investigating the impact of regulatory change on low paid women workers. She has published her findings in Australian and international journals.

Jennifer Collier has internationally accredited certifications from the Life Coaching Academy in Life Coaching & Small Business Management and continued her development with the Christopher Howard Training Companies. Graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Psychology from The University of Liverpool (UK), she has written research papers on organisational psychology to address inefficiencies in the workplace, stress at work and work life balance. Having spent a nearly 5 years working for Hays, Australasia’s largest specialist recruitment organisation, including managing key nationwide clients and running her own office, Jennifer uses her experiences to offer individual and corporate perspectives on business and people management.
Specialising in Career Coaching and Executive Coaching, Jennifer helps her clients explore the underlying issues affecting their performance or their businesses performance. This helps create an individual action plan to enable clients to blast through their personal and professional goals.

Sean Hardingham - Principal Artist and co-owner Renaissance Stained Glass

One of the finest international stained glass artists of his generation Sean began his career at the tender age of 16 being apprenticed to Sunrise Stained Glass in Portsmouth, England. His training incorporated the full spectrum of glass art techniques and applications from its building (or trade) elements to art and design studying at three specialty colleges to obtain his qualification.

He has been professionally engaged for over 22 years completing more than 10,000 commissions. Sean is the founding co-owner of Renaissance Stained Glass and is the Principal artist responsible for all aspects of the studio from design to production management.
