When you register your unique piece designed and handcrafted by Renaissance Stained Glass you are registering your ownership of an irreplaceable piece of glass art. The glass is so unique that we number each piece so if you ever want to match earrings or the like we can trace exactly what glass was used to try to find the best match for your piece. For example no two sheets of dichroic glass are ever identical so we can use our run numbers to find earrings from the same sheet. (if still available). It also allows your piece to be identified and valued into perpetuity.

The registration will also commence your 12 mth warranty. Our QA doesn't let much past but if per chance there is an issue related to our workmanship we are only too happy to repair or replace your piece.

Send your piece with your personal details to our contact address. As the piece will be registered with us your name & address will be all we need to trace all the details of your individual piece. If you have any issues with silverware of course we are happy to replace or repair. Simply send it back with your proof of purchase and we will sort it out.
