Your piece of jewellery from Renaissance Stained Glass is handcrafted and truly as unique as you! With your piece you will find a small card that tells you the design name and also the unique identification number for your piece. In our studio we refer to these as “birth certificates”. They tell us all about your piece from the moment it was designed to the day it left our gallery. It tells us which artist made it, from what glass, any nuances in the finished piece and where it went directly from our studio. As your piece was handcrafted by an artist rather than mass produced in a factory there will never be another piece quite like it. By registering your piece with us your ownership of that piece will be recorded. This will help us to help you in a number of ways: matching your unique piece to other items, servicing or replacing your piece (under warranty or otherwise) and rewarding those who are most appreciative of our work.
